Better homes and garden does not have the replacement parts for the missing items not with our gazebo. They will not fulfill any thing to fix the issue just states to deal with Daily Saves after the manual says do not return to store they will take care of it.

The worst directions ever published. Everything was backwards. Threads missing from one of the holes used to secure the top. Had to have the hole tapped and use a different bolt. Boxes received damaged, Luckily nothing was missing. Boxes did not ship together and were received a week apart from two different states.

1. The polycarbonate roof is not "fireproof." It will melt if you expose it to direct flame. The heat from the grill will not a problem.
